NaBloPoMo – Whaaaa???

So, there’s this thing called “National Blog Post Month” wherein insane people commit to posting on their blog every day of the month. Somehow, November is the biggest month for this challenge, because we have nothing else to do what with putting away Halloween decorations and preparing for Thanksgiving. Also, we’re all in GREAT MOODS from the loss of an hour’s daylight to start off this awesome month…so…of course…I signed up.

They will have prompts and such, of which I’m sure I will avail myself. This whole exercise is supposed to sharpen my writing chops and net me new followers, though truly, I’d be surprised if I didn’t lose followers, but whatevs. Daily writing can’t be bad, right?

Anywho, just wanted to warn you.

Of course I signed up for this at 9:30 on a night when I just finished writing a post for another site, so I pretty much got nothin’ for tonight’s post. Consider that a good thing, maybe? From your perspective, anyhow?

Okay, I’ll leave you with a joke I made up and have told people ad nauseum because I think I’m hilarious.

Q: How many people does it take to screw in a light bulb?

A: Two, but it would have to be a pretty big light bulb…
