Animal Kingdom

For my son’s 12th birthday, I took him and his older brother to Disneyworld. We spent the first day in Animal Kingdom and Epcot, walking nearly nine miles. My back hurt. So afterwards, in the hotel room, I wanted to do some yoga stretches to work out the kinks. I made the mistake of not kicking the 12YO out of the room. He was still in Animal Kingdom mode as he narrated…

And that is why I did no more yoga for the rest of the trip.

    Oh my God! Must find a way to spend time with this kid! He is hilarious. BTW, yesterday after a full day at the parks I told my friend “I have got to find a way to get more exercise in my life.” I am not sure stretching will do the trick – I need stretching, realignment, resculpting, (and I think maybe morphine to help me along in the process!).
